  • No Pasteurization or High Pressure Processing
  • Highly palatable
  • Available in 4oz and 16oz reclosable spout pouches

A little more about the ingredients:

Benefits of Chia

Chia is known to have been a staple in ancient Mesoamerican civilizations such as the Aztecs and the Mayans.  Chia is a superfood, full of protein, Omega 3 healthy fats, and fiber, as well as being high in manganese, calcium, and phosphorous.  This mint family seed can be digested whole due to its swelling/gelling action initiated when exposed to liquid, allowing chia to absorb up to 12 times its weight in water. The gelled version helps cleanse the colon by absorbing toxins.  It is also well known for its benefits to diabetics because of its assistance in stabilizing blood sugar and improving blood pressure.

Coconut Flour – the “magic fruit.”

Once thought of as a high-fat food, coconut has improved its reputation through the discovery of its endless benefits for the body, both internal and external.  It is antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-parasitic.  Coconut improves the body’s ability to absorb calciumYogurt and magnesium,  and has hundreds of different health-improving uses.

Harlow Hills Farms: The story of our goats

tyler and goatHere at Steve’s we are dedicated to sourcing our produce and meat from the most environmentally conscious farms in the country.  Our goats milk is no different, and the story of Harlow Hills Farms demonstrates that.  Kristina and Greg Harlow are a living testament that the American dream can is achievable even while maintaining sustainable, humane, and globally responsible standards. Their story includes a little chance, a little luck, and a lot of hard work.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Like so many Americans, Kristina and her husband Greg dreamed of owning land & a family business. They wanted a safe place to raise their children and teach the value of a strong work ethic. In 2003, they purchased  80 acres in Oregon & started making that dream a reality. They began by planting a vineyard, mowing blackberries, & cleaning up the 50×100 ft barn that collapsed just days after they purchased the property. They mowed more blackberries, cleaned up more land, put up fencing to keep the dogs in, and mowed more blackberries. Then they mowed more blackberries. They were everywhere!

Then they learned that goats eat blackberries! The decision seemed obvious, and that day they decided they needed some goats. The farm came equipped with an old dairy building from the 50’s, and stepping in its door was like stepping back in history, with all the necessary equipment still there.  It looked like the original owners, the Fruins, had simply closed the doors and walked away. So with an incredible amount of time and money, they restored, remodeled, and added onto this old building to make it a Grade-A dairy again – this time for goats instead of cows.

  • My dogs LOVE their new food!! I used to feed them dry kibble and they would leave their food in the bowls for 2 days before they would eat. Now they wake me up in the morning ready to eat. They also have so much more energy, they act like they are puppies again. The customer service is awesome! Too bad all companies don't have this kind of service. I will continue to buy Steve's Real Food for my dogs.

  • CONVENIENT, RELIABLE, DOGS LOVE THE FOOD I switched my dogs to a raw diet about 2 months ago. My older dog was panting a lot and he had a potato sized growth on his shoulder. The growth is now the size of an egg and his excessive panting has stopped. My younger dog was overweight despite the fact that she was very active and on a strict low calorie diet. She has slimmed down quite a bit.

  • We were skeptical of feeding raw. Finally we decided to take the plunge. The first surprise was, my dogs loved it. And the goat milk yogurt is a complete hit! They all love it. We had one small issue with the shipping and after one email everything was taken care of. But now that it's been several months we have noticed many other things. None of my dogs chew on their feet anymore. None of my dogs have itchy flaky skin anymore. And they are all pretty and shiny with tons of energy.

  • My dog was a picky eater and overweight. After 4 months of eating this raw diet he is almost at his recommended weight. I no longer have to coax him to eat by doctoring up his kibble. He eats the food as is and empties his bowl right away.

  • I wanted to give a shout out to Tara at the corporate office. She really went above and beyond! I had several questions about switching my dog over to raw food and the transition that's involved. She met with me in person and took the time to listen and gave me some great suggestions/feedback to my questions. She shared what her own dog went through and how raw dog food helped. Tara made me feel comfortable and was so kind and thoughtful to take the time out of her busy day to be so helpful. My dog is LOVING the food and has been transitioning very smoothly. Thanks so much for being so awesome, Tara. It meant a lot to me and because of the experience I had and the kindness you showed to me, I will continue to be a grateful customer and will recommend Steve's to all my fellow dog moms and dads.
